A branch of the Hillman Restaurant in Kitchener Road, Manhill restaurant opened at its present location along Pasir Panjang Road in 1973. It is today run by the third generation of founders Wong Ling Onn and Chan Ah Chee. This charming restaurant situated along a row of shophouses is famous for its traditional Cantonese cuisine – in particular claypot and hotplate dishes. Winner of a gold and silver medal at the Asian Salon Culinaire awards in 1978, this restaurant is popular with families and continues to serve traditional favourites.
