Outlet Description:

For very decent Hainanese fare, look no further than another Hainanese institution, Chin Chin Eating House. It’s been around since 1934, yet it was only in 1959 that real food (not just toast) was served. Today, Chin Chin serves the ubiquitous Hainanese chicken rice, pork chop, chap chye and mutton soup which many have come to expect from a true-blue Hainanese eatery. During weekday lunches, the place fills up with the working crowd while weekends see family and friends partaking of a little slice of Hainan.
