Outlet Description:

When it comes to pineapple tarts, this time-honoured bakery on Middle Road always appears on must-try lists. Fans and tourists flock here for its golf-ball sized pineapple tarts which sheathe homemade pineapple jam in a buttery sphere of crust: its moon pies (lotus seed paste enclosed in sesame-seed-studded pastry); and wholesome beancurd tarts (fragile pastry tarts cradling silky smooth beancurd).
