Outlet Description:

The creator of Singapore’s fish head steamboat started business in 1927. After 88 years and with its third generation running the business, they opened a new branch at 93/95 Owen Road in December 2015. The signature dish is a traditional charcoal steamboat that comes to the table already filled with the fish of choice (grouper, pomfret, red snapper or song fish at the flagship outlet), vegetables, seaweed and yam. It is the intense and flavourful broth and the fresh ingredients that have customers coming back for more.
