Outlet Description:

For three generations since 1943, Thye Moh Chan has served a loyal following with Chinese pastries and sweets, its signatures being traditional Teochew sweet and salty tau sar piah and flaky-skinned mooncakes, all painstakingly handcrafted with multi-layered dough. Formerly located in Aljunied, the heritage brand was bought over by the BreadTalk Group 2011: its older staff were retained to pass on their expertise to the rest of the crew, and hence its signature offerings remain the same, albeit joined by some new-fangled flavours.
